In the 26thth minute of the game 郭珂翔 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 郭珂翔 went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. 周文星 hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Qiu Ang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Tasis in the 53rd minute. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 郭珂翔 in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when 柯庭朗 came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qiu Ang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 59th minute of play.
