In the 4th minute Rohan Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Asteguieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, BV Borussia Hammarby's goal looked a bit too open when Koby Wright came free, but Jairo Asteguieta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Koby Wright in the 7th minute. The corner led Canada's Koby Wright to fire away a dangerous shot which Jairo Asteguieta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by BV Borussia Hammarby's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Koby Wright was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Carter George got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jairo Asteguieta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 15 minutes, Anders Örtlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BV Borussia Hammarby and the Canada players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to BV Borussia Hammarby getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Anders Örtlund hit a great ball. Jax Williamson made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when 洪浩飞 sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 18th minute of play forced BV Borussia Hammarby's goalkeeper Jairo Asteguieta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Asteguieta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koby Wright in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Asteguieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 洪浩飞's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, 洪浩飞 notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Canada's Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Canada's Jan Dixon got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Koby Wright cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jairo Asteguieta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rune Fristedt made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Birger Mårtensson immediately put the ball in play. If Jan Dixon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jairo Asteguieta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Dixon, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. BV Borussia Hammarby's Jairo Asteguieta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Dixon in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Sven-Olof Josefsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Jan Dixon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Asteguieta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Asteguieta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan Dixon's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Regan Jordan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Birger Mårtensson to strike the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Juanpi Uchiha with Birger Mårtensson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. BV Borussia Hammarby's 洪浩飞 got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. BV Borussia Hammarby's Honorio Florin was substituted for Birger Mårtensson. Honorio Florin made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rune Fristedt however managed to control. Jan Dixon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jairo Asteguieta having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Filip Edwards reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jairo Asteguieta. The goal made the score 1-3. BV Borussia Hammarby's Quincy Qvalfeldt was substituted for Karl Springfält. Jan Dixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Asteguieta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan Dixon ran back to his position shaking his head. Jairo Asteguieta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, BV Borussia Hammarby's goalkeeper Jairo Asteguieta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Dixon. Jan Dixon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Jairo Asteguieta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Juanpi Uchiha's late challenge caught a Canada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juanpi Uchiha helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Dixon in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Asteguieta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A sloppy throw-in by Rune Fristedt in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Canada's Richard Mccarthy. Canada's Luka Harris managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rune Fristedt in the 86 minute of the game. Jan Dixon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 89 in the game by Jan Dixon from a close distance when the talented Jairo Asteguieta managed to make a qualified save. BV Borussia Hammarby's players were relieved. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Florin in the 90th minute of play. Jan Dixon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Filip Edwards took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Jairo Asteguieta to make any attempt to save it.
