The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Renato Galvão hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The long shot by Axel Montenegro in the 3rd minute really tested Luiz Eduardo Gomes's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Orlando Tafalla hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Süleyman Çakır stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Süleyman Çakır tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Süleyman Çakır in the 10th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Panțâru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Süleyman Çakır in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Süleyman Çakır in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zheng Li Quan in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Samuel Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Colombia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ the free kick. After 22 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Navarro. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Luiz Eduardo Gomes threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Süleyman Çakır's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Melo in the 29th minute of play. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Emanuel Panțâru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zheng Li Quan in the 32nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Calum McKechnie went to the cornerflag to take it. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Eduardo Gomes having to make a save. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Luiz Eduardo Gomes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Colombia's Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abram Sarmiento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Orlando Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Eduardo Gomes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joshua Garrido struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Luiz Eduardo Gomes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Valdo Pitta was substituted for Emanuel Panțâru. Süleyman Çakır who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Pedro Manzanares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 68 minutes of play, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Zheng Li Quan made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Luiz Eduardo Gomes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's zone, Abram Secada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Eduardo Gomes came out of the goal and Abram Secada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Süleyman Çakır in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Süleyman Çakır sped through Colombia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 89th minute of play forced AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Pedro Manzanares threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Deivid Gaspar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the match was over AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Colombia throughout the match.
