Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Tadeusz Rudy tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paradela in the 8th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Tadeusz Rudy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Tadeusz Rudy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Ariel Gustau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Tadeusz Rudy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Ariel Gustau came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. But to his dismay, Axel Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Abram Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Legio X Eqvestris's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Aimar in the 37th minute of play. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Gustau having to make a save. 38 minutes into the match, Legio X Eqvestris's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Ariel Gustau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Axel Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Gustau was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Santino Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Luis Navarro made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Navarro came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abram Sarmiento hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Legio X Eqvestris's Luis Navarro. But to his dismay, Luis Navarro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After a rather tough play, Legio X Eqvestris's Teodosio Farias got a free kick in the 61st minute. With a little luck, Legio X Eqvestris's Ariel Gustau got control of the ball when Pascual Carballar tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Generoso Emenon fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legio X Eqvestris's protests and gave Generoso Emenon a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Legio X Eqvestris got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Emenon. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascual Carballar got free with Ariel Gustau in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute Pablo Aimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Aimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 93rd minute of play forced Legio X Eqvestris's goalkeeper Ariel Gustau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
