Juan Luis Potts hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Juan Luis Potts managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Remigio Cugat in the 7 minute of the game. Juan Luis Potts kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Luis Potts to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Victor Hugo Pinilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Romulo Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Ospetsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Frutos took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Quiroga. Genaro Quiroga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 30th minute Osvaldo Frutos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Remigio Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in River Plate's zone, Osvaldo Frutos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Quiroga came out of the goal and Osvaldo Frutos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Remigio Cugat kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Genaro Quiroga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Frutos's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romulo Casado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Genaro Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Frutos in the 54th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Tiniebra. 60 minutes into the match, ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s goalkeeper Valentin Ospetsu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romulo Casado. Osvaldo Frutos struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Genaro Quiroga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣. ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Karlos Bravo was substituted for Edilberto Aballay. 67 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Karlos Bravo came free, but Genaro Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Quiroga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karlos Bravo in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Ofelio Galván shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When ♠ ♥ Barrio PiriPoker ♦ ♣'s Ofelio Galván in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye River Plate's goalie prevented a goal. River Plate's Nemesio Azeari was substituted for Erik Albuquerque. Karlos Bravo took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Genaro Quiroga. Genaro Quiroga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Karlos Bravo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Genaro Quiroga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Waldo Ponce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ofelio Galván in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Quiroga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentin Ospetsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Casado in the 94th minute of the match. Genaro Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ofelio Galván, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
