In the 17th minute, Borys Zaremba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Polek during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgar Polek hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the match, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Ziomkowski came free, but Vito Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match FC Brzesko City got a corner. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gilbert Cetnar ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Brzesko City's corner Gilbert Cetnar fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vito Vidal quite easily take care of the ball. Leon Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edinho Aparecido in the 31st minute of the match. After taking down the ball on CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's corner Diguinho de Senna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leon Tscherner quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the FC Brzesko City defense, Túlio Hermes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Tscherner. The FC Brzesko City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Tscherner should have stopped the shot. Tomasz Domalik hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Leon Tscherner threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Túlio Hermes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 42nd match minute, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Brasil to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE defense, Gilbert Cetnar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vito Vidal. The CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vito Vidal should have stopped the shot. After the first half FC Brzesko City were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Túlio Hermes to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Vito Vidal got control of the ball when Ziemowit Ziomkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Vito Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Ziomkowski in the 65th minute of play. When Cezary Wieloch fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Brzesko City's protests and gave Cezary Wieloch a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Brzesko City's Cezary Wieloch got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute Tony Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Tscherner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes of play FC Brzesko City's Borys Zaremba was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Leon Tscherner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Hermes in the 70th minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Vito Vidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomasz Domalik. Leon Tscherner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho Aparecido in the 75th minute of play. After 75 played minutes FC Brzesko City got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Wieloch. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 80th minute, but Vito Vidal got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE hanging dry this time. Ziemowit Ziomkowski struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Vito Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Brzesko City. Gilbert Cetnar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Vito Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio Hermes in the 96th minute of play forced FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Leon Tscherner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Brzesko City walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
