Guillermo Fontirroig's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Olgierd Petrasz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Olgierd Petrasz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Mariano Lacasa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wieslaw Kilar in the 12th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Wieslaw Kilar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wieslaw Kilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chile's Francisco Carballar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lukasz Kaczorowski, made in the 41st minute of the game. Bartosz Milan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Lacasa to strike the kick off in the second half. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FURIOZA's goalie prevented a goal. Olgierd Petrasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of FURIOZA booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olgierd Petrasz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olgierd Petrasz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Olgierd Petrasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 78th minute of play. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Edward Pracki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olgierd Petrasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 84th minute of play. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Calisto, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 90thth minute of the game Adolfo Calisto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chile's Thiago Pliego was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olgierd Petrasz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartosz Milan went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to FURIOZA getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Boleslaw Blochowiak hit a great ball. Although Chile had been in control for most of the match, FURIOZA still came away with the win.
