Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 9th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Gení Cerreri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Şeray Ünverdi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 24 minutes into the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Asaf Canatan in the 28th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jonathan Ferrant's left hand side. 33 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şeray Ünverdi. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Asaf Canatan, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Şeray Ünverdi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balabancıkspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şeray Ünverdi in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gení Cerreri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 58 minutes into the match, Balabancıkspor's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Gení Cerreri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes, İstemihan Öksüzoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balabancıkspor and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Şeray Ünverdi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gení Cerreri having to interfere. Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Balabancıkspor from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şeray Ünverdi in the 77th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Şeray Ünverdi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. With 81 minutes on the clock, Rigoberto Mina commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 80 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 84th minute, Şeray Ünverdi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Gení Cerreri was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patricio Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 88 minute of play. In the 93rd minute Yavuz Çetinsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şeray Ünverdi in the 97th minute of play. Balabancıkspor were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
