Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, 14 YâReN FC's goalkeeper Andoni Zubizarreta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Fernandino. After 16 minutes of play, 14 YâReN FC's Kayhan Özercan made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! Toma Bo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. The 14 YâReN FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 38th minute, Kurt Julin made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kurt Julin's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. If Moises Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toma Bo to strike the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Julin in the 51st minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match, Claus Ostwald tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ricardo Zorita saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Toma Bo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Claus Ostwald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Kurt Julin sped through El Salvador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ricardo Zorita. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo got a free kick in the 89th minute. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kayhan Özercan, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Eskil Hermansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 minutes of play, 14 YâReN FC's Kurt Julin made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! The El Salvador fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 14 YâReN FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
