The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Verga got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selmi Uğurcan in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Colombia booed when Challestone S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Wester didn't get a good kick on the ball. Challestone S.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abram Sarmiento to strike the kick off in the second half. Santino Seco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pepe Pancho came out and tried to block the shot, but Santino Seco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 94th minute. The Challestone S.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colombia's performance. The match ended with a win for Colombia.
