Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Aragorn's Altuğ Yakup started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Fedele Moretti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aragorn's Andrés Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrés Casado. Aragorn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 12th minute, Tony Stark fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 19th play minutes Lautaro Mancebo shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Andrés Casado and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 23rd minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute of the match Aragorn got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elian Müller ran over to the corner to take the kick. Andrés Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrés Casado didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mexico's Joel Gaona shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrés Casado. Lautaro Mancebo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. Mexico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christiano Mangueira charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christiano Mangueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andrés Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Topo Lino in the 94th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Aragorn got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fedele Moretti ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aragorn throughout the match.
