Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Alonso in the 3rd minute of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Panama booed when LA GRAN WILLY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Jaap van Zijp received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Cotilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Jaap van Zijp slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Jaap van Zijp took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. 19 minutes into the game, Denis Franco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guido Herrera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, LA GRAN WILLY FC's Denis Franco got a free kick in the 29th minute. Ezequiel Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. With 42 minutes on the clock, Aaron Barrios commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 42nd minute, one of Panama:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Panama. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaap van Zijp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ezequiel Alonso to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Herrera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Millano in the 58th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by LA GRAN WILLY FC's Ezequiel Alonso. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Alonso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Ezequiel Alonso scored 7-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Alonso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ezequiel Alonso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Alonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute Ezequiel Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Jaap van Zijp came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Herrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Berganza hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Leguizamón in the 86th minute of play. Panama:s Marcos Cotilla showed great skill when he stopped Jaap van Zijp:s penalty. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Guido Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA GRAN WILLY FC the free kick. In the 97th minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LA GRAN WILLY FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
