An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Arias in the 4th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Alonzo Lazcano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BEIJO CARNAVAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Godfredo Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Mexico booed when BEIJO CARNAVAL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ernesto Dei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Abarca having to make a save. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by BEIJO CARNAVAL's Alonzo Lazcano. But to his dismay, Alonzo Lazcano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. BEIJO CARNAVAL's Godfredo Abarca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Saverio Belasko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Godfredo Abarca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Romulo Arias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BEIJO CARNAVAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alonzo Lazcano got free with Dante Lacasa in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godfredo Abarca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Godfredo Abarca came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 53rd minute. BEIJO CARNAVAL's Godfredo Abarca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match, Lautaro Mancebo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Godfredo Abarca was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 59th minute Alonzo Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BEIJO CARNAVAL made a substitution. Adam Jönsson replaced Alonzo Lazcano. Godfredo Abarca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, BEIJO CARNAVAL's Su Yi Hao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, BEIJO CARNAVAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Beltxe to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Beltxe hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, BEIJO CARNAVAL's goalkeeper Godfredo Abarca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. After some careless play in the BEIJO CARNAVAL defense, Facundo Cadaval kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Godfredo Abarca. The BEIJO CARNAVAL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Godfredo Abarca should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, BEIJO CARNAVAL's Aristides Lehior got a free kick in the 85th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Su Yi Hao in the 87th minute of play. Su Yi Hao's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Su Yi Hao helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to BEIJO CARNAVAL getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Su Yi Hao hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by BEIJO CARNAVAL's Adam Jönsson. But to his dismay, Adam Jönsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. BEIJO CARNAVAL's Godfredo Abarca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save BEIJO CARNAVAL from getting a goal against them. Mexico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because BEIJO CARNAVAL had won, even though Mexico had held more of the ball.
