The referee gave AFC Prunis MM a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sol Crowther, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. 0-1. In the 20th minute, Francisco Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Florin Cumpan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Apa Panter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 42nd minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florin Cumpan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Maximiliano Escribano came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Escribano couldn't finish the play. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them.
