Çelik Kadem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çelik Kadem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paris Saint German's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Çelik Kadem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Décio Félix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Paris Saint German's Tiago Sarmento couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mexico. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Çelik Kadem saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Paris Saint German's Hugon Rzeszutek got a free kick in the 54th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Jimilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 62nd minute. Tiago Sarmento hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th match minute, Paris Saint German was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Rzeszutek to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Jimilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Jimilio in the 78th minute of play. Çelik Kadem didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lautaro Mancebo went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 85 minutes in the game, Joel Gaona fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Çelik Kadem having to interfere.
