A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernanco Muslera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Murillo was the one to do the kick off. Peru's Luz Tejedor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fernanco Muslera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fernanco Muslera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Fernanco Muslera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 77 played minutes Emotep SK got a freekick which was hit by Hasan Hüseyin Başol. Emotep SK's Sezen Erencan was substituted for Ali Atıf Rasi. Fernanco Muslera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Gencer Hüdayioğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
