Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joselito Alvarenga started the match with the kick off. Humberto Jimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Batres in the 9th minute of play. Joselito Alvarenga hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Julio Batres came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Kingswear FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Batres couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Guardado in the 18th minute of play forced Egham AFC's goalkeeper Humberto Jimenez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egham AFC's Edgardo Guardado shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Waldir Erazo but with some difficulty. In the 24th minute, Ronald Botello made a precise shot to the right of Waldir Erazo. Kingswear FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Erick Rojas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. A hard shot 29 in the game by Ronald Botello from a close distance when the talented Waldir Erazo managed to make a qualified save. Kingswear FC's players were relieved. Libardo Menjivar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Jimenez having to interfere. A collision led to Egham AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Amilcar Bentos hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Pedro Rosales in the 44th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Humberto Jimenez's left hand side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 52nd minute Libardo Menjivar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Jimenez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldir Erazo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronald Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The corner led Egham AFC's Orlando Granados to fire away a dangerous shot which Waldir Erazo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Julio Batres kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Egham AFC got a freekick which was hit by Joselito Alvarenga. When Julio Batres, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 60 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Humberto Jimenez was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 62nd match minute, Egham AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Giron to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Erazo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joselito Alvarenga in the 67th minute of the match. Julio Batres came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Humberto Jimenez could save by the left post. Julio Batres scored 1-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Jimenez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronald Botello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldir Erazo having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Julio Batres fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Humberto Jimenez, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Kingswear FC booed when Egham AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Granados didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Pedro Rosales shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Jimenez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Libardo Menjivar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Kingswear FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Egham AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Kingswear FC had controlled the match.
