Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Enrique Galeas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 12th minute Patricio Arango shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Calderon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Enrique Galeas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Arango received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Cesar Calderon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avilio Carrillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Hayle booed when Thurnscoe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odir Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Najarro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Avilio Carrillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Cesar Calderon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hugo Chavez came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Thurnscoe's Gilberto Portillo. But to his dismay, Gilberto Portillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rene Ramirez during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rene Ramirez hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Arango stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Portillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Chavez having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Patricio Arango managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hayle's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Arango was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Calderon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Avilio Carrillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesar Calderon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Thurnscoe getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Diego Boianelli hit a great ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Patricio Arango managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hayle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Arango was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Chavez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Galeas in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thurnscoe's goalkeeper Cesar Calderon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Thurnscoe's Andrés Boianelli got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Hayle's Agustin Guerra broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Thurnscoe's Misael Aguirrez got a free kick in the 95th minute. Hayle were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
