The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Pershore FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ramon Contrera hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Pershore FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Neppi came free, but Leopoldo Bonilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's Luís Regalado got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luís Regalado in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leopoldo Bonilla, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Pershore FC booed when LenSalvador CF-A.C.S was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Fornos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leopoldo Bonilla made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Luís Regalado sent off a good shot on target. Luís Regalado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Bonilla having to make a save. Augusto Fornos hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Luís Regalado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Leopoldo Bonilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Bonilla made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Luís Regalado sent off a good shot on target. After 45 minutes of play, Pershore FC's Henry Ocampo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmar Mendiko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henry Ocampo was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to LenSalvador CF-A.C.S getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Hugo Boianelli hit a great ball. Luís Regalado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Bonilla having to interfere. Leopoldo Bonilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Regalado, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Luís Regalado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pershore FC's Leopoldo Bonilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Luís Regalado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Regalado in the 76th minute of play forced Pershore FC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Bonilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Luís Regalado sped through Pershore FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leopoldo Bonilla. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's Zeng Wei Feng was substituted for Andrés Villalobos. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
