Freddy Enekoitz hit a great ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Bartolo Chan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Balde AFC's David Sarracino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute Bartolo Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Ánimas booed when Balde AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Tartalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Balde AFC's Leonardo Ellande sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Haroldo Llorienzo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ánimas's Haroldo Llorienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Bernal in the 41st minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Balde AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Nuxila came free, but David Sarracino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balde AFC's David Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Nuxila in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustacio Bernal to make the kick off. Haroldo Llorienzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Ellande, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Bartolo Chan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Sarracino. That made the score 1-1 in the 57 minute of play. German Estefan's late challenge caught a Balde AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. German Estefan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Balde AFC booed when Ánimas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute Bartolo Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sarracino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartolo Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. David Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Lordi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Haroldo Llorienzo. Ánimas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Baldomiro Nuxila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
