Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. German Aureo started the match with the kick off. When Romulo Suero fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Castex FC's protests and gave Romulo Suero a yellow card for diving instead. Ruperto Oliviero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Gutxi having to interfere. After 12 minutes of play, Pedernal's Teo Lonzo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lázaro Dominix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Castex FC's Lázaro Dominix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Lonzo in the 20th minute of play. Arsenio Firmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruperto Gutxi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arsenio Firmin in the 29th minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Hector Tome managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castex FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Tome was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Castex FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pedernal were winning 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hector Tome made a kick off. A collision led to Castex FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Siro Blasi hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Castex FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Aureo came free, but Lázaro Dominix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Aureo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Dominix having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Arsenio Niguel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Aureo in the 63rd minute of play forced Castex FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Dominix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Firmin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Castex FC's Hector Tome got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruperto Gutxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Firmin in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Castex FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Dominix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teo Lonzo. If German Aureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Lonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lázaro Dominix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lázaro Dominix was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Urbano Perez. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pedernal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
