The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ruperto Otoniels short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Cleto Xabel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cleto Xabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Claris, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Ruperto Otoniel was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Raul Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguadita's Reynaldo Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Quilo in the 16th minute of play. Luciano Serapio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Reynaldo Tino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Aguadita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. Matias Quilo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luciano Serapio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Tino having to interfere. Aguadita's Reynaldo Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Quilo in the 29th minute of play. Luciano Serapio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Reynaldo Tino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Jeronimo Maureo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguadita and the Pituil players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Quilo in the 41st minute of play forced Aguadita's goalkeeper Reynaldo Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Tino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Quilo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matias Quilo to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Matias Quilo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reynaldo Tino. That made the score 0-1 in the 52 minute of play. Pituil's Cleto Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Claris in the 57th minute of play. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pituil's goalkeeper Cleto Xabel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Pituil's Luciano Serapio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reynaldo Tino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Reynaldo Tino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. With a little luck, Aguadita's Reynaldo Tino got control of the ball when Luciano Serapio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Luciano Serapio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Xabel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Claris in the 78th minute of play. Matias Quilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Tino having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Reynaldo Tino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Miguel Perutxo charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Perutxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miguel Perutxo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Raul Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, Aguadita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Chuan to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruperto Otoniel during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th minute, Ruperto Otoniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
