Jairo Cordearo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Gasteiz in the 33rd minute of the match. Conrado Stephen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jairo Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Gasteiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Antonio Lizardi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gallegos AFC's Anacleto Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Ponce in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Basilio Dominic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viedma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Dominic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rene Gasteiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jairo Cordearo having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Viedma's goalkeeper Jairo Cordearo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Stephen. The audience was convinced that Basilio Dominic's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anacleto Sengrat was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gallegos AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
