Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rosas's Gogo Lucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Ixona in the 5th minute of play. When Julian Mercurio fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosas's protests and gave Julian Mercurio a yellow card for diving instead. Julian Mercurio hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Saturnino Lucian came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gogo Lucero could save by the left post. Pedro Ixona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gogo Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Toli kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Pedro Ixona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Rosas's Julian Mercurio got a free kick in the 30th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Tusaquilla's Silvestre Admon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 34th minute, Saturnino Lucian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Filiberto Totakoxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Efrain Toli's late challenge caught a Tusaquilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efrain Toli helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Gogo Lucero managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Tusaquilla's Saturnino Lucian fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Ixona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Abel Cesaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Hanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Ixona in the 80th minute of play forced Rosas's goalkeeper Gogo Lucero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Julian Mercurio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. Julian Mercurio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Gogo Lucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Ixona in the 90th minute of play. Pedro Ixona might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gogo Lucero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Ixona ran back to his position shaking his head. Tusaquilla's Saturnino Lucian got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tusaquilla had played much better football throughout.
