Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Palma AFC's zone, Tiburcio Federigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Nesto came out of the goal and Tiburcio Federigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo Tab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 played minutes Ariel got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Mazuste. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Froilan Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palma AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Cugat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Ekain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Tab received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maximo Ekain came out and tried to block the shot, but Enzo Tab slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 25th minute. After a rather tough play, Palma AFC's Florentino Boniel got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 38th minute Erubiel Mazuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Froilan Cugat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Oliverio to make the kick off. In the 58thth minute of the game Froilan Cugat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ariel's Maximo Ekain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Cristo Silviano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ariel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palma AFC the free kick. In the 59th minute, Cristo Silviano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximo Ekain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Cugat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Oliverio in the 68th minute of play forced Palma AFC's goalkeeper Aquiles Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Palma AFC's Aquiles Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Oliverio in the 72nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Froilan Cugat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palma AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Cugat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Ekain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ariel players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Palma AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
