Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tomás Mouricio made the kick off and thus started the match. Celso Tallia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Rufo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 3 played minutes Herradura got a freekick which was hit by Melchor Elorri. With a little luck, Herradura's Celso Tallia got control of the ball when Luisito Ramond tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celso Tallia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Ramond in the 6th minute of the match. With a little luck, Herradura's Celso Tallia got control of the ball when Celestino Vistruario tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luisito Ramond in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Tallia saved Herradura from getting behind. Abelardo Betadur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Elorri's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Guillelmo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clausurada AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Herradura the free kick. A collision led to Clausurada AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arnaldo Guillelmo hit a great ball. Tomás Mouricio took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Betadur. Abelardo Betadur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tomás Mouricio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Abelardo Betadur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celestino Vistruario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Tallia having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Clausurada AFC's zone, Aristides Pepillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Betadur came out of the goal and Aristides Pepillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aristides Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herradura's Tomás Mouricio got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Celestino Vistruario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Herradura were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The Clausurada AFC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Clausurada AFC's Luisito Ramond looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 59 minutes into the match, Clausurada AFC's Aurelio Rufo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Tallia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luisito Ramond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Celso Tallia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Tomás Mouricio fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Herradura's protests and gave Tomás Mouricio a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Herradura got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Mouricio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Vistruario in the 81st minute of play forced Herradura's goalkeeper Celso Tallia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Clausurada AFC's Luisito Ramond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celso Tallia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celestino Vistruario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Tallia having to interfere. Celestino Vistruario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisito Ramond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Celestino Vistruario came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Clausurada AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Vistruario couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Clausurada AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Herradura had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
