Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pico FC's Godfredo Calvet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teodoro Raphael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodoro Raphael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Elpidio Erlantz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodoro Raphael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Eder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Teodoro Raphael had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elpidio Erlantz. Pico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Raphael was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Alberto Lander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Denis Blasi fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pico FC's protests and gave Denis Blasi a yellow card for diving instead. After taking down the ball on Curtiembre's corner Carmelo Gaskon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elpidio Erlantz quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Pico FC booed when Curtiembre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Etor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Curtiembre were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Lander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Curtiembre getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Alberto Lander hit a great ball. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pico FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Erlantz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Teodoro Raphael notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pico FC's Elpidio Erlantz. Elpidio Erlantz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Teodoro Raphael came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Curtiembre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Raphael couldn't finish the play. Godfredo Calvet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Eder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Eneto having to interfere. But to his dismay, Teodoro Raphael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 89thth minute of the game Godfredo Calvet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curtiembre's Alfredo Eneto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Lander, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The supporters of Pico FC booed when Curtiembre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Raphael didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Godfredo Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
