The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Vergaray to maneuver through the defense. If Anastasio Sugoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Moussy AFC's zone, Mario Cefero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Peyo came out of the goal and Mario Cefero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Orlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Peyo having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Jacobo Kaiet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Gomesano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Moussy AFC's Teo Frans shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Moussy AFC's Teo Frans got a free kick in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Sugoi in the 28th minute of play forced Saavedra's goalkeeper Fabian Gomesano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Orlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Leonel Peyo made a huge save. Moussy AFC's Anastasio Sugoi got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teo Frans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Gomesano having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pascual Orlo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacobo Kaiet charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobo Kaiet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jacobo Kaiet hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Anacleto Ederono took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabian Gomesano. Saavedra's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mario Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes, Moussy AFC's Haroldo Sendoa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Gomesano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Moussy AFC reached it. After a rather tough play, Moussy AFC's Silvano Refugio got a free kick in the 63rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pascual Orlo in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Peyo saved Moussy AFC from getting behind. 67 minutes into the match, Moussy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Cefero came free, but Leonel Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Saavedra's goalkeeper Fabian Gomesano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Moussy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Cefero came free, but Leonel Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Orlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Leonel Peyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pascual Orlo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Saavedra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascual Orlo couldn't finish the play. Leonel Peyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Orlo in the 85th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Anastasio Sugoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moussy AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Saavedra's Fabian Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Lope in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Moussy AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
