Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vladimiro Sotil took the kick off in the first half of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Obligado's Vinicio Burni tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute Victor Lopez suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Vladimiro Sotil charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Sotil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Saladillo booed when Obligado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Segundo Beltxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Eliseo Fagondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Candido Dantae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Fagondo made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Segundo Beltxe sent off a good shot on target. Segundo Beltxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Eliseo Fagondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Segundo Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Obligado's Vladimiro Sotil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Herensuge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Txomin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Segundo Beltxe was the one to do the kick off. Cesar Odon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Herensuge having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Obligado's Igor Herensuge threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vladimiro Sotil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 63 minutes in the game, Vladimiro Sotil fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Igor Herensuge having to interfere. Javier Dolcet's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Igor Herensuge firmly grabbed it by the left post. Eliseo Fagondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. If Vladimiro Sotil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saladillo's Igor Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Sotil in the 82nd minute of play. Igor Herensuge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Sotil, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 90 played minutes Saladillo got a freekick which was hit by Candido Dantae. A long shot from Vinicio Burni in the 93rd minute of play was well struck, but Igor Herensuge made a really good save at the right post. The Obligado players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
