Albano Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Quintun, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Betania AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Jayvier. The Encrucijada FC fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Encrucijada FC's Amadeo Oxel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Clodoveo Lopes, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

A collision led to Encrucijada FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Freddy Ponce hit a great ball. Carolo Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Estevon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Estevon in the 64th minute of play forced Encrucijada FC's goalkeeper Carolo Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Humberto Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Betania AFC's Bruno Estevon got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 70th minute of the match Freddy Ponce completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Freddy Ponce a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Demario in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carolo Edur saved Encrucijada FC from getting behind. After 76 minutes, Modesto Ponc mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Betania AFC and the Encrucijada FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Modesto Ponc hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Humberto Demario came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Betania AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Demario couldn't finish the play. Encrucijada FC's Benito Abascal got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Benito Abascal off the ground. After 87 played minutes Encrucijada FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito Abascal.
