An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Pirmin in the 10th minute of play forced Tiaguas's goalkeeper Victorio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Ibon might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorio Socorro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Ibon ran back to his position shaking his head. When Catuna FC's Lucas Ibon in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tiaguas's goalie prevented a goal. Victorio Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Pirmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Tiaguas's Raul Carlomagno made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Christobal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raul Carlomagno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd match minute, Tiaguas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Iban to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingos Gregory was the one to do the kick off. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Tiaguas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Catuna FC:s goal. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Catuna FC. Nicanor Vela stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Victorio Socorro. 2-1. Catuna FC's Arnoldo Christobal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Gregory in the 58th minute of play. Arnoldo Christobal came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Tiaguas's Domingos Gregory. But to his dismay, Domingos Gregory quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Victorio Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Ibon, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Victorio Socorro was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Lucas Ibon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucas Ibon really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. In the 72nd match minute, Catuna FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaime Nofre to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Christobal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Gregory in the 73rd minute of play. Samuel Pirmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Socorro having to interfere. Victorio Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Ibon, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Raul Carlomagno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Catuna FC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Christobal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diego Hulberto hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Lucas Ibon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute Domingos Gregory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Christobal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Catuna FC getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Jaime Nofre hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tiaguas had won after a very even match.
