Cornelio Aureo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Israel Sarracino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Cornelio Aureo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Saverio Baudelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Sarracino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taficillo FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Baudelio in the 33rd minute of play forced Cobo's goalkeeper Israel Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nereo Nikola made a kick off. Sergio Vasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Nikola in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Jobo in the 52nd minute of play forced Taficillo FC's goalkeeper Sergio Vasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Taficillo FC's Cornelio Aureo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After 75 minutes Taficillo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Justino Gar who took care of the corner kick. Justino Gar made a great header on Cobo's corner, it was just that Taficillo FC's Sergio Vasco managed to reach the ball for a save. Saverio Baudelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Israel Sarracino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. 89 minutes into the match, Cobo's goalkeeper Israel Sarracino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Lehoi. The audience was convinced that Cornelio Aureo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Israel Sarracino was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Taficillo FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
