Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hector Indalecio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Mauricio Laurgain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caseros's Augusto Gaizkine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Caseros from getting a goal against them. Augusto Gaizkine made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Marco Ferran sent off a good shot on target. Hector Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Augusto Gaizkine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marco Ferran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Ignado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Laurgain in the 29th minute of play. Marco Ferran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Augusto Gaizkine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Maore kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Caseros's goalkeeper Augusto Gaizkine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Ferran. Marco Ferran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Gaizkine read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Anastasio Weterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Anastasio Weterio made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Caseros booed when Trinchera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Sidoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Laurgain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Basilio Ignado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Ferran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Trinchera AFC's Marco Ferran got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basilio Ignado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Weterio in the 77th minute of play. If Marco Ferran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trinchera AFC's Hector Indalecio got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Gaizkine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 88 minutes, Elpidio Maore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caseros and the Trinchera AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Caseros got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Maore. Hector Indalecio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Gaizkine having to interfere.
