Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaston Baudelio started the match with the kick off. Fabian Marino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Lizar, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Gaston Baudelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 played minutes Concepción AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Abadia. Tadeo Misael hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 13 played minutes, Sarmiento AFC's Marciano Abad shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Marino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sarmiento AFC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Lizar in the 16th minute of play forced Concepción AFC's goalkeeper Fabian Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Leandro Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarmiento AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Lizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Marino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Apolo Pere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cirilo Efren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Pere, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Efren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Montes in the 31st minute. Anibal Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Alonzo Egun fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarmiento AFC's protests and gave Alonzo Egun a yellow card for diving instead. Alonzo Egun kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Anibal Montes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Cirilo Efren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Baudelio in the 40th minute of play forced Concepción AFC's goalkeeper Fabian Marino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Lizar in the 42nd minute of the match. Apolo Pere hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anibal Montes to strike the kick off in the second half. Cirilo Efren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anibal Montes's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Anibal Montes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sarmiento AFC's Cirilo Efren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Montes in the 59th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Apolo Pere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anibal Montes might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cirilo Efren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Montes ran back to his position shaking his head. If Anibal Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute Aquiles Celino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Efren having to interfere. When Ciriaco Abadia came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Concepción AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Abadia couldn't finish the play. In the 75th minute Anibal Montes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Efren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Montes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Cirilo Efren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alonzo Egun was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. 79 minutes into the game, Roman Gumaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concepción AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarmiento AFC the free kick. In the 80th minute, Roman Gumaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Efren having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Anibal Montes made a precise shot to the right of Cirilo Efren. Sarmiento AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When the referee ended the match the Concepción AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
