After a defensive mix-up in Guandacol's zone, Clodoveo Evarado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Nuno came out of the goal and Clodoveo Evarado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute, Marcelino Txilar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guandacol's Evaristo Nuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Txilar in the 20th minute of play. Guandacol's Evaristo Nuno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Guandacol from getting a goal against them. When Marcelino Txilar fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boquerón FC's protests and gave Marcelino Txilar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Boquerón FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Marcelino Txilar hit a great ball. Santo Ferrando charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After recieving a nice pass, Boquerón FC's Ubaldo Paskal tried to score from far away in the 38th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Clodoveo Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After a rather tough play, Boquerón FC's Roman Fernandez got a free kick in the 56th minute. Saturnino Barea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Eleuterio Luar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Christobal's late challenge caught a Boquerón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eleuterio Luar made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Felix Qwinton sent off a good shot on target. Clodoveo Evarado struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Evaristo Nuno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boquerón FC. Boquerón FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ubaldo Paskal in the 86th minute. Arnoldo Jaunzuria's late challenge caught a Boquerón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
