Wilfredo Batista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedicto Ferdinand in the 4th minute. Cleto Azibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Raymundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Peña AFC's Iker Raymundo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cleto Azibar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wilfredo Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Pacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Pacho in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Batista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th minute of the match Elpidio Mateo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Azibar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sarmiento FC's Cleto Azibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Raymundo in the 20th minute of play. Cleto Azibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Beturian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Azibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iker Raymundo went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Peña AFC's Bartolo Beturian in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sarmiento FC's goalie prevented a goal. Camilo Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Wilfredo Batista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedicto Ferdinand in the 45th minute. Bartolo Beturian scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cleto Azibar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

57 minutes into the match, Benedicto Ferdinand notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Peña AFC's Wilfredo Batista. Wilfredo Batista was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 60 minutes, Iker Raymundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peña AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Raymundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Lino Pacho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilfredo Batista was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Camilo Rosario hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Higinio Blai, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Iker Raymundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarmiento FC's goalkeeper Cleto Azibar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bartolo Beturian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Azibar having to interfere. After having played for 90 minutes, Benedicto Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarmiento FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Ferdinand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute, Feliberto Oroitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
