Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aldo Kemen took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Salado's Gaudencio Abadia in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bernasconi's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 played minutes Bernasconi got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Isidor. After 14 played minutes Bernasconi got a freekick which was hit by Felix Tiadoro. Jeronimo Vito, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 19th match minute, Salado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Kemen to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Kemen in the 21st minute of play forced Bernasconi's goalkeeper Domingos Monte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Lino Remigio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Evis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 played minutes, Salado's Osvaldo Brun shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingos Monte came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salado reached it. Guillermo Evangelista kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Domingos Monte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Kemen in the 37th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Salado's goalkeeper Angelino Evis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guillermo Evangelista. After 42 minutes, Florencio Egoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bernasconi and the Salado players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Bernasconi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Egoi to maneuver through the defense. Guillermo Evangelista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Guillermo Evangelista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Evis. Salado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Evangelista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gaudencio Abadia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Domingos Monte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Bernasconi's Felix Tiadoro got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Lino Remigio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Angelino Evis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelino Evis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Remigio, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 78th minute, Bernasconi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gaudencio Abadia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Felix Tiadoro fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bernasconi's protests and gave Felix Tiadoro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Bernasconi's Felix Tiadoro got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Aldo Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Pedro Isidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Bernasconi's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Kemen came free, but Domingos Monte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernasconi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Salado for a fine match.
