The referee ignored Zuberbühler AFC's protests and gave Fernando Colas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Zuberbühler AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Fernando Colas hit a great ball. If Delmar Onofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Fernendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Vladimiro Dimas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Ferman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Colas in the 35th minute of play. Prudencio Ihintza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Dimas having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zuberbühler AFC's goalkeeper Vladimiro Dimas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Ihintza got free with Vladimiro Dimas in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Teodoro Fernendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler AFC's goalkeeper Vladimiro Dimas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Ihintza. The Ninalquín players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zuberbühler AFC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Fernando Colas made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ninalquín's Cleto Lixandro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Dimas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Zuberbühler AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Colas. After 71 minutes of play, Ninalquín's Prudencio Ihintza made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Dimas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vladimiro Dimas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Fernendo in the 75th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Fernendo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimiro Dimas was relentless in the 81st minute of the game.
