In the 18th minute, Tobias Castulo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arnoldo Urtungo, passed just outside the right post. The attack was good, but when Tobias Castulo in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Tobias Castulo in the 26th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Arnoldo Urtungo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Lucio Elixio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anier Estevon in the 33rd minute of the match. Teo Llorienzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Urtungo having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Castulo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cochequingán's Jesus Lehoi got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Cochequingán's Lucio Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Estevon in the 65th minute of play. Valenzuela AFC's Arnoldo Urtungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Castulo in the 68th minute of play. Arnoldo Urtungo came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Cochequingán's Teo Llorienzo. But to his dismay, Teo Llorienzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cochequingán's Lucio Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Estevon in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Valenzuela AFC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Urtungo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Tobias Castulo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cochequingán's supporters rose to their feet, but Tobias Castulo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Urtungo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cochequingán's Lucio Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Estevon in the 85th minute of play. Feliberto Videl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Elixio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Feliberto Videl went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Mateo Arano hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Urtungo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Llorienzo in the 98th minute of the match. Valenzuela AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
