Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Claudio Matthew started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Matthew in the 4th minute of play forced Vilo AFC's goalkeeper Guido Bittor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Mendoza's Celedonio Vimaro got control of the ball when Israel Chap tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celedonio Vimaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Chap in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Vilo AFC's Israel Chap sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Vimaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th match minute, Vilo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Feliu to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Feliu's late challenge caught a Mendoza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Feliu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Mauricio Feliu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilo AFC's Guido Bittor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Perez in the 20th minute of play. Celedonio Vimaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Pasqual, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Claudio Matthew's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guido Bittor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Israel Chap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Vimaro having to interfere. If Israel Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Bittor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Matthew in the 41st minute of play. When Florencio Pasqual came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Vilo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Pasqual couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Pasqual stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mendoza getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fernan Perez hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, Mendoza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Estebe to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Israel Chap managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vilo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Chap was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Vimaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernan Perez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guido Bittor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Mendoza's Celedonio Vimaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Pasqual in the 68th minute of play. Israel Chap struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Celedonio Vimaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vilo AFC. Celedonio Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Chap in the 72nd minute of play. Celedonio Vimaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Chap, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Vilo AFC's Florencio Pasqual nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celedonio Vimaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 81st minute, Florencio Pasqual made a precise shot to the right of Celedonio Vimaro. Mendoza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Fernan Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilo AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
