Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Calchines FC's Cosme Ekaitz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cosme Ekaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute, Julian Umbruso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10th minute Dalmacio Mon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Julian Umbruso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arerunguá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Umbruso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Calchines FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Umbruso came free, but Honorato Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Arerunguá's Julian Umbruso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorato Feliu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julian Umbruso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Honorato Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Feliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Mon in the 25th minute of the match. Honorato Feliu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Umbruso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arerunguá's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Cosme Ekaitz scored to the left of an out of position Alfredo Gil, making the score, 1-0. In the 34th minute, Paolo Bilbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinicio Roderigo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Calchines FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ariel Lobo in the 40th minute. The corner led Calchines FC's Ariel Lobo to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfredo Gil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Julian Umbruso made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Julian Umbruso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Umbruso in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Umbruso in the 55th minute of play forced Calchines FC's goalkeeper Honorato Feliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute Cosme Ekaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Gil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paolo Bilbo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Gil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Honorato Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Rodas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Julian Umbruso came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Arerunguá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Umbruso couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dalmacio Mon got free with Honorato Feliu in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosme Ekaitz succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. The supporters of Calchines FC booed when Arerunguá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Arerunguá's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Bilbo came free, but Alfredo Gil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Mon struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Honorato Feliu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arerunguá. Calchines FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
