Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tiburcio Gabon made the kick off which started today's match. In the 15th minute, Tiburcio Gabon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Covunco booed when Maseta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Denis Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Mogel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Ixona, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 27 minutes into the game, Maseta AFC's Santos Resto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Israel Mogel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Israel Mogel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santos Resto went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 39th minute, Denis Ixona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maseta AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Israel Mogel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Ixona in the 45th minute of play. Maseta AFC's Denis Ixona got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Maseta AFC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santos Resto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Covunco's Israel Mogel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Ixona in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute, Rene Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Victorio Urko sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Maseta AFC's Artemio Bembe didn't even have to move. Israel Mogel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Resto in the 62nd minute of the match. If Tiburcio Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Maseta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Cilio came free, but Artemio Bembe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Resto in the 85th minute of play forced Covunco's goalkeeper Israel Mogel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute Tiburcio Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Bembe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th match minute, Maseta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Vidal to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Dolcet charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
