Dario Gorosti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Abascal charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Abascal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Tomas Abascal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute, Ivan Walme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The attack was good, but when Jonas Harriet in the 11th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Eduardo Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Harriet in the 13th minute of the match. In the 17th match minute, Balcosna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Abascal to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Rico having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Magdala's Jonas Harriet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Rico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gerardo Ubendu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Nel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Ubendu made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Eliseo Nel sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Abascal kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Eduardo Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Walme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Balcosna's Eliseo Nel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Walme in the 34th minute of play forced Balcosna's goalkeeper Eduardo Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduardo Rico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Harriet's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. If Dario Gorosti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute, Balcosna's Eliseo Nel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gerardo Ubendu. Gerardo Ubendu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Eliseo Nel made the kick off in the second half. Dario Gorosti took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerardo Ubendu. Gerardo Ubendu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Gerardo Ubendu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Nel in the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Dario Gorosti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Gerardo Ubendu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dario Gorosti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th match minute, Magdala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Seguinus to maneuver through the defense. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Magdala! Conrado Quilino shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Balcosna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Magdala for a fine match.
