Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alonzo Etor got the match started through his kick off. Fidel Jorrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Perutxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Galeno having to interfere. If Generoso Perutxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute, Generoso Perutxo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dionisio Florinio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Fidel Jorrin made a huge save. After 25 played minutes Cangrejillos got a freekick which was hit by Anastasio Kismi. Roberto Norino, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cangrejillos's Fidel Jorrin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cangrejillos from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Cangrejillos's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Perutxo came free, but Fidel Jorrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Cangrejillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonzo Etor to maneuver through the defense. When Anastasio Kismi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. In the 35th minute, Anastasio Kismi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Cangrejillos booed when Arocena AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Perutxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cangrejillos's Fidel Jorrin got control of the ball when Dionisio Florinio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cangrejillos's Fidel Jorrin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Perutxo in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cangrejillos's zone, Dionisio Florinio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Jorrin came out of the goal and Dionisio Florinio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Generoso Perutxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arocena AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Perutxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ildefonso Orlanda kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Generoso Perutxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fidel Jorrin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Florinio in the 70th minute of play. Fidel Jorrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Perutxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Arocena AFC's Roberto Norino got a free kick in the 76th minute. Cangrejillos's Rene Perico couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arocena AFC. If David Toribio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Galeno made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Augusto Sazon sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Arocena AFC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Felipe Firman hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Arocena AFC's zone, Augusto Sazon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Galeno came out of the goal and Augusto Sazon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Lisandro Henrico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cangrejillos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cangrejillos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
