Faustino Bazkoare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Gutxi having to interfere. Ariel Sandalio's late challenge caught a Chinchinales AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ariel Sandalio helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Rafaela AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Sandalio. 12 minutes into the match, Chinchinales AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Reynardo came free, but Daniel Lon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, Rafaela AFC's Lázaro Rafel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Daniel Lon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, Chinchinales AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Colas to maneuver through the defense. Faustino Bazkoare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Gutxi having to interfere. Carmelo Gutxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Raul Gutxi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26thth minute of the game Faustino Bazkoare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rafaela AFC's Raul Gutxi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Rafaela AFC booed when Chinchinales AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Kusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelino Guillelmo, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 30 minutes, Geronimo Felipillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chinchinales AFC and the Rafaela AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Chinchinales AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Geronimo Felipillo hit a great ball. Rafaela AFC's Lázaro Rafel got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lázaro Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciriaco Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Lon having to interfere. Raul Gutxi came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Chinchinales AFC's Faustino Bazkoare. But to his dismay, Faustino Bazkoare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The wind increased when Carmelo Gutxi made the kick off in the second half. Lázaro Rafel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Daniel Lon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faustino Bazkoare's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Raul Gutxi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Raul Gutxi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Bazkoare went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Faustino Bazkoare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Gutxi having to interfere. Carmelo Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafaela AFC's Raul Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Gutxi in the 65th minute of play. Ciriaco Ticho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Daniel Lon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Lon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lázaro Rafel in the 72nd minute of the match. Faustino Bazkoare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Faustino Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80thth minute of the game Carmelo Gutxi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rafaela AFC's Raul Gutxi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Faustino Bazkoare was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 81st minute. Chinchinales AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 81st minute of the match, Carmelo Gutxi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Raul Gutxi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Carmelo Gutxi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 82nd playminute. Ciriaco Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Lon having to interfere. Zeledon Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Ciriaco Ticho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Daniel Lon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Chinchinales AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Rafel came free, but Daniel Lon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lázaro Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Geronimo Felipillo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Chinchinales AFC's Geronimo Felipillo got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Rafaela AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chinchinales AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Chinchinales AFC.
