Chinchinales AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Gutxi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Olavarría's Marcos Pancho got control of the ball when Faustino Bazkoare tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carmelo Gutxi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Bazkoare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Marcos Pancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Faustino Bazkoare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Olavarría fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Marcos Pancho, was totally fooled by Chinchinales AFC's Silvio Victoro, who 44 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 48th minute, Faustino Bazkoare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Chinchinales AFC's Francisco Kusko got a free kick in the 51st minute. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Severo Pancho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some careless play in the Olavarría defense, Faustino Bazkoare kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Pancho. The Olavarría fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Pancho should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Gutxi in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Pancho saved Olavarría from getting behind. In the 62nd minute, Severo Pancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olavarría's Feliciano Haitz pulled a muscle in his leg after 70 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 71st minute, Zeledon Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severo Kinsen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Lon. Chinchinales AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 75th minute Faustino Bazkoare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Olavarría fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! Silvio Victoro shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. With 84 minutes on the clock, Nicanor Txomin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Olavarría! In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Chinchinales AFC. Silvio Victoro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marcos Pancho. 3-0. If Faustino Bazkoare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Bazkoare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chinchinales AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
