Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baltasar Guillerme started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Mataderos AFC booed when Quines FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. After 4 played minutes, Mataderos AFC's Tomas Telesforo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celestino Gar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mataderos AFC reached it. Gaspar Conrao might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celestino Gar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After some careless play in the Quines FC defense, Mariano Vincente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celestino Gar. The Quines FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celestino Gar should have stopped the shot. Horacio Remicio stood somewhat misplaced when Baltasar Guillerme came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 27 minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Ruisko got free with Horacio Remicio in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tobias Ruisko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Guillerme in the 34th minute of play forced Mataderos AFC's goalkeeper Horacio Remicio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Felix Calixto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 40 in the game by Tobias Ruisko from a close distance when the talented Horacio Remicio managed to make a qualified save. Mataderos AFC's players were relieved. If Gaspar Conrao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Quines FC's zone, Mariano Vincente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celestino Gar came out of the goal and Mariano Vincente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Quines FC's Angelino Francesco got a free kick in the 46th minute. After 49 minutes Quines FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Telesforo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomas Telesforo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quines FC's Celestino Gar did a great save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaspar Conrao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mataderos AFC were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Quines FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Telesforo took the corner. The referee ignored Mataderos AFC's protests and gave Clemente Veremundo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mataderos AFC's Clemente Veremundo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Celestino Gar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Conrao in the 69th minute of play. Arsenio Sidoro charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Sidoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Mataderos AFC's Horacio Remicio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Guillerme in the 79th minute of play.
