Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ovidio Piearres made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Ovidio Piearres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Higinio Geofredo. The goal made the score 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Joyango's Lucas Luix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faustino Selatse narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Higinio Geofredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Piearres in the 9th minute of the match. Lucas Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Selatse having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Joyango's Nemesio Peli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustino Selatse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joyango's goalkeeper Higinio Geofredo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Joyango's Flavio Filipo got a free kick in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Ovidio Piearres recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Higinio Geofredo. Ovidio Piearres showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Serafino Urbasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Selatse came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Joyango's Lucas Luix. But to his dismay, Lucas Luix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 49th minute, Flavio Filipo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
In the 54th of the match, Lucas Luix tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Faustino Selatse got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 56th minute Ovidio Piearres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Geofredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafino Urbasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 67 minutes into the match, Tusaquilla's goalkeeper Faustino Selatse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nemesio Peli. Tusaquilla's Faustino Selatse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Tusaquilla from getting a goal against them. Lucas Luix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Faustino Selatse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. If Lucas Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Nemesio Peli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, Samuel Manex hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Luix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Faustino Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faustino Selatse made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Peli in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Sixto Bide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tusaquilla had won after a very even match.
