Gregorio Pitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The tension between the Concordia AFC and the Concepción players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd minute, one of Concordia AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Concordia AFC. In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Concepción. Gonzalo Pudes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ariel Sayveon. 1-1. In the 59th minute, Gogo Oliveiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Concordia AFC booed when Concepción was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Nereo Leoncio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Modestio skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Concepción's zone, Isaac Oliveiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Modestio came out of the goal and Isaac Oliveiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Concepción's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Gregorio Pitin scored to the left of an out of position Laureano Modestio, making the score, 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Pitin in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laureano Modestio saved Concepción from getting behind. Concordia AFC's Gregorio Pitin got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Justino Sidoro charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
