Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tablada's Gabriel Chap started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Leoiar in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulino Quilino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavino Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paulino Quilino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Leoiar in the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Gavino Leoiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Leoiar in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Quilino saved Tablada from getting behind. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tablada's goalkeeper Paulino Quilino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulino Quilino made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Julio Izotz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Izotz got free with Paulino Quilino in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Selvas FC booed when Tablada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Javiero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th match minute, Tablada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Abeitia to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Clodoveo Mergildo from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Paulino Quilino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Narciso Nahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Chap, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tablada's Paulino Quilino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Tablada from getting a goal against them. Narciso Nahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mel, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gavino Leoiar to make the kick off. Tablada's Gabriel Chap got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eliseo Mel struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Narciso Nahia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tablada. Selvas FC's Narciso Nahia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Selvas FC from getting a goal against them. Paulino Quilino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gavino Leoiar's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Narciso Nahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Chap in the 70th minute of play. Eliseo Mel struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Narciso Nahia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tablada. 77 minutes into the game, Gabriel Chap recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Nahia. Gabriel Chap showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Paulino Quilino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Izotz in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Tablada's Eliseo Mel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narciso Nahia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Julio Izotz might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Quilino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julio Izotz ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 91 minutes, Eustacio Lizbeth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Selvas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustacio Lizbeth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulino Quilino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Leoiar in the 93rd minute of the match. Eliseo Mel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Tablada left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Selvas FC.
